The constitution of CPS is it’s soul. The constitution of CPS is the most important document of this organisation, mentioning the rules and bylaws of the CPS. Each word of our constitution carries a meaning and can not be changed without the opinion of the executive committee and AGBM. The constitution of CPS dictates the beliefs, values, principles and functioning of CPS. Sovereignty of office bearers and executive committee of CPS is bound to its constitution. Each and every member of CPS is bound to abide by its constitution and required to implement it in letter and spirit.
